Eco Drape

While regular viscose uses higher water consumption and energy, the version used for this textile was developed specially for us using a 100% biologically degradable viscose yarn manufactured from wood pulp. Sourced out of Domsjo, Sweden, it uses the highest softwood cellulose quality, consisting of a mixture of Norway Spruce and Scots Pine. It is obtained without illegal deforestation, does not derive from genetically modified trees or crops, does not come from areas where common law and civil rights are impeded and does not utilize forbidden chemicals, either in its manufacture or in the way that it is dyed. The fabric is REACH compliant and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and FSC certified.
