US Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please reply to your order confirmation or contact us at online@zeromariacornejo.com.
If necessary, we may contact you if we are unable to verify your credit card or address information. Please provide a valid email address and phone number when placing your order. If we are unable to reach you, or verify your order, it may be subject to cancellation. Please note that shipping transit times do not include processing, please see below for information on processing times.
All US orders are shipped via UPS Ground delivery unless a different service is requested. If you need expedited delivery, please reply to your order confirmation or contact us at online@zeromariacornejo.com. We are not able to ship orders via other carriers or using third-party shipper accounts.
United States shipping

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and may require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods is passed on to you.
Zero + Maria Cornejo does not offer same-day or weekend delivery. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Prices displayed on the website do not include tax. When shipping within the United States, sales tax will only be charged to orders shipping to New York.
We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer same-day or weekend delivery. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the UPS tracking number for your package. Please note that orders with multiple items may ship separately. If an order is sent in separate shipments, a tracking number for each shipment will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Please visit UPS.com for tracking updates.
We reserve the right to require signature confirmation at the time of order delivery. We are not able to ship orders with the signature requirement waived. If we have not specifically requested a signature confirmation at the time of order delivery, UPS will determine if the delivery location is secure for un-signed delivery.

We offer in-store pickup for eligible orders (based on stock availability) at our New York store location. If in-store pickup is available for your order, the store location will appear in the Local Pickup tab at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. Per local guidelines, we ask that customers wear a mask when picking up orders.

We aim to provide shipping services to most locations worldwide, but please note that our shipping provider may have specific shipping restrictions in place on certain destinations. We will notify you as soon as possible if shipment cannot be completed to your location.

Should you refuse a shipment from Zero + Maria Cornejo, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes or other charges that are incurred on the package (both from the original shipment and return), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy has changed effective July 5, 2022. Please see below for details. The Zero + Maria Cornejo online store accepts returns and exchanges on all non-Final Sale items that are sent for return within 10 days of order delivery. Items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition. Shoes will only be accepted if returned in their original box with all original packing material. All items must have their original tags attached.
All Sale Items, Sample Sale purchases, and Special Orders are Final Sale. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns of Final Sale items will be refused or returned at the customer's cost. Exceptions to this policy are offered on a discretionary basis, and must adhere to all other criteria of the full price return policy.
Returns shipped more than 10 days after order delivery date are subject to refusal or a restocking fee, or may be refunded in the form of store credit.
If the customer requests a shipper hold for pickup at an access point or other location, the 10 day return period will start from the date the order becomes available for pickup.
Purchases made at the Bleecker Street store are subject to the store return policy.

Follow the prompts to select items for return, and provide the reason for the return. You may also request an exchange if stock is available.
A UPS return label will be provided for eligible items. The cost of using this label is $10, and is deducted from your final refund.

We offer FREE exchange shipping (for orders placed/delivered in the United States) on all full-priced merchandise. To make an exchange, please go to http://returns.zeromariacornejo.com/ and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order. Follow the prompts to select items for exchange, and a UPS return label will be provided. If you don't see the item you want to exchange as an option, please contact us at online@zeromariacornejo.com.
Other
If you wish to make a change to a new order, please contact Customer Service at online@zeromariacornejo.com or 1 866 421 8490. Order changes and cancellations will be accommodated if possible. We are not able to cancel orders after processing is complete. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Zero + Maria Cornejo will accommodate a price adjustment on items purchased within a week before a markdown. Adjustments must be requested within the seven days of the markdown. Please note that the exact style, color and size of the item must still be available in stock at the time of the adjustment request.
